After a powerful debut, OMSWIM 3.2 is back bigger, bolder, and set against the stunning backdrop of Jumeirah Muscat Bay. 

On January 23–24, 2026, swimmers from across the region will gather to take on the open waters in one of Oman’s most scenic coastal challenges.

Whether you’re a seasoned open water athlete or testing the tides for the first time, OMSWIM 3.2 offers an unforgettable race experience with expanded race categories and a special tribute swim celebrating Oman’s rich maritime heritage, this is more than a race; it’s a celebration of endurance, culture, and the open sea.

Race Categories – Adults (18+)

•1.5 KM – A perfect start for open water beginners.

•2.5 KM – Test your stamina and rhythm.

Cut off times: 

1. 10km Open water swim – 5 hrs

2. 5 km Open water swim – 2hr 30 Mins

3. 2.5 km Open water swim – 1hr 30 mins

4. 1.5 Km Open water swim – 1 hr
